• How to Obtain: Use the 1 email consultation included in your Starter Pack within 14 days of purchase (by directly replying to your Stripe receipt email). We will include your exclusive $199 USD credit code in our consultation response.
• Checkout Credit: Enter this code at the checkout page for the higher-tier service to immediately deduct $199 USD and pay only the difference.
• Validity Determination & 72-Hour Guarantee:
  • Validity is determined by the timestamp of your sent consultation email.
  • For any email sent before the 14-day window expires, the promo code provided in our reply will remain valid for at least 72 hours from the moment our reply is sent, ensuring you have sufficient time to review your consultation answer and complete payment.

If no consultation email is sent within 14 days of purchase, the upgrade credit benefit expires automatically (your 1 email consultation remains usable), and any subsequent upgrades must be purchased at regular price.

To ensure efficient communication and prevent endless back-and-forth threads, all consultations adhere to the following standards:
